About our Alpaca Farm
We are raising a beautiful and growing herd of healthy and happy Huacaya alpacas! There is so much pleasure in walking out to the barn every morning and greeting these wonderful animals while they graciously await you to bring their grain, freshen their water, scoop their well organized 'droppings', and shake them a little hay. All the while they pretend to not notice that you are quickly glancing each and every one of them over from nose to toes. This is the start of each and every day here at Imperial no matter the weather or date on the calendar. It is such a joy and privilege to raise such rewarding and magical livestock. Each day ends just as it begins with a walk out to the barn to say good-night after giving them their evening grain, refreshing their water, scooping the poo, and giving them another 'once over' glance.
