About our Alpaca Farm
Long Acres Alpaca Farm is located on 130 acres in southcentral PA, 20 minutes from I-81 and I-70. It is set against the Allegheny Mountains, providing a breathtaking vista to showcase our 70 plus herd of huacaya alpacas. Breeding Best Quality Females to Elite Males guides us to strive for the highest quality alpacas in terms of show winning and fleece analysis. Our herd includes 80 % of all mature females are ribbon winners, 35% of all mature females are Halter Champions and 100% of our Herdsires are Halter Champions or have produces Halter Champions. Our herd AFD as a breeding group for 2010 is 22.5 microns. We welcome visitors year around.
