About our Alpaca Farm
We are located on 20 beautiful acres in Grass Valley CA. We chose this site to become our dream ranch based on its location and all the wonderful amenities nearby - historic Grass Valley and Nevada City, the four mild seasons, a nice light breeze during the day, close to the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, rivers, lakes, while boasting cute shops and nice restaurants - Grass Valley has it all!
We have owned alpacas since 2006, and recently moved them to our ranch in Grass Valley. We started by agisting them, and understand the importance of this valuable service. We are proud to have gone to the expense, effort and time to create irrigated pastures for our small 'family' of alpacas. We are continuing to build and expand our ranch - always with the comfort, safety and care of alpacas our first priority, and designing our ranch so it a simple pleasure for us too.
What a joy it is to sit in the pasture with our sweet alpacas, at the end of a nice day, with beverage of choice in hand, and just watch and interact with our friendly alpacas. You are welcome to join us for that treat!
As our slogan indicates, we strive for excellence in all we do with our alpacas and our farming business. From choosing our breedings for soundness, luscious fiber, and sweet temperament to assisting our clients with support, education and training.
