Our financing terms
We are here to help finance your alpaca purchase!
To begin, we will finance your alpaca purchase for up to one year at 0% interest (minimum purchase of $10,000).
Our services include:
-free boarding during the financing period in our state-of-the-art facility;
-free routine maintenance/care during the financing period;
-monthly updates, pictures and progress reports in the event you are
unable to regularly visit your alpaca(s);
-computerized record keeping for your alpaca(s);
-ongoing customer support.
-an open gate, inviting you to visit your alpacas.
A deposit is required at the inception of the purchase when the contract is signed.
Package deals and terms are also available. |
Services
Customer Service
We take pride in the quality of the alpacas we offer to you for purchase. The more time we can spend with you both before and after the sale, the better able we are to match you with an alpaca that is right for you and your needs. Also, it is very important to us to ensure that our alpacas are receiving the same quality of care when they leave our farm as they do during their time at Heartland "Criations."
Therefore, we have an "open gate policy," as our customer service efforts exist before, during AND after the sale!
Boarding
Many people are primarily interested in the investment aspect of alpaca ownership or do not have the facilities to house their animals. We offer state-of-the-art facilities including a newly constructed well-ventilated, well- insulated, well-lit barn complete with dutch-doors, wash rack, and concrete aisle way. Our fencing includes hot-wired, five foot "horse" fence around all pasture/mud lot perimeters and "guard" llamas for added protection. We also pride ourselves in offering your alpacas daily, hands-on care, as well as monitoring and taking care of all regular maintenance of your animals, giving you peace of mind.
-Boarding Fees-
-$4.00 per day for the first animal
-$3.00 per day for the second animal
-$2.00 per day for the third animal.
-The fourth animal is then boarded at $4.00 per day, the fifth at
$3.00, the sixth at $2.00, and the rotation then begins again.
-Boarding services paid in full one year in advance
will be discounted 10%.
Owners are always welcome to assist with the care of their animals. If you wish to take part in your animal's maintenance, just let us know.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
We back the sale of all our alpacas, ensuring each is registered through ARI, each is in good health at the time of the sale, each is fully capable of reproduction (unless otherwise specified), and that each has received proper care, maintenance and nutrition during its time at our farm (records will be transfered to the new owner). In addition, bred females are sold with a live-birth guarantee.
