Email us about this animal

Black-Eye Pea is a true black with fine fiber, good density, tight crimp, a soft, buttery hand and a great disposition. Pea is sired by Patagonia's Kaspa and her grandsire is El Padre. She definitely has density in her background. Her '07 cria was a spectacular grey female (Heatherbrook's Cutie Pea) who was a multiple winner in the '08 show ring. Her '08 cria was a true black male (Black Legend) out of Legend's Challenger of KPR. He was a part of our fall, '09 show string. Her '09 cria was a light fawn male (Harley) out of High Plains Samson. Her '10 cria was a true black female (Black Mist)out of the 7X Color Champion Heatherbrook's Mercury. Black Mist was a part of our '11 Show string. Pea's '11 cria is a medium fawn female out of the Multiple Color Champion "SHVN The Buccaneer".

SIRE Patagonia's Kaspa

Color: Light Rose Grey   ARI# 833517    CLAA#

Kaspa is most beautiful shade of pink. His fleece is very bright, dense and crimpy yet has a very soft handle. Kaspa has many crias on the ground and they are impressive. Color Champion All-American Futurity 2003

DAM Tasha

Color: Light Brown   ARI# 184478    CLAA#

Tasha was an excellent female that has proven herself as a producer of quality cria. Her 2004 Dune cria was in our 2004 show string and took 2nd at the Kentucky Classic, 3rd at MAPACA (1st and 2nd were Champion and Reserve) and 4th out of 10 at AOBA. WLRG Dune is a Uribe grandson and the Estes Park 2001 Color Champion. This gorgeous fawn male is covered from head to toe with fine pencil locks which exhibit incredible fineness and luster. His temperment is placid. Ninety percent of Dune's over thirty cria to date have been show quality with multiple championships won. Her cria, Breakstone Sky Intrigue, won two Color Championships and three Reserve Color Championships. She was a Champion every time she was shown. The second cria, Breakstone Tempest Sky, won a Blue Ribbon at the AOBA National Conference and Color Champion at the 2003 Midwest Alpaca Jamboree. Tasha's July 2005 cria Coco is a medium brown female with perfect balance.
