Our financing terms
Sunset Hills Farm Alpacas offers financing for your purchase. There are 2 financing arrangements:
Financing Option 1
- Purchase price $22,500
- Down payment 50% ($11,250)
- No interest charges if balance ($11,250) is paid within 90 days
Financing Option 2
- Purchase price $22,500
- Down payment 25% ($5,625)
- Payment terms up to 4 years at 6% interest.
Please call. We require purchasers to obtain insurance for the animals with any balance still owing. |

Alpaca de Moda Fashions
Sweaters, Shawls, Scarves, Coats, Hats, Mittens, Socks, Teddy Bears,and other alpaca products! Alpaca de Moda fashions offers you the quality and style you prefer in a variety of solid colors and patterns.
Yarn
We even have our own alpaca's yarn in every color available for sale in our Boutique. This yarn was processed in the United States at a fiber mill located in Georgia! The fiber mill has told us on a number of occasions that this is" the finest yarn they've ever processed!"
Boarding
Boarding costs are $4 per day and $2.50 for cria at side. All other medications, birthing costs, etc.. are additional charges. Sunset Hills Farms only provides board during "breeding" services. This is to assist in biosecurity on the farm. Our preference is to have our customers do "driveby" breedings if at all possible for both our herd's health.
Consulting
Consultation services are available to assist you with alpaca purchases, barn design, pasture layout etc... When you purchase alpacas from us, you will be invited to visit the farm and stay overnight in our "bed & breakfast" apartment so that you may work with us and our staff and be educated on how to take of your alpaca on a day to day basis. We even offer ongoing telesupport so that our customers feel comfortable in their endeavor. It is our pleasure to know that our customers have the best start with their farm and knowing how to take care of alpaca is key to their/our success!
