About our Alpaca Farm

Timberlake Farms Alpacas has been in operation since 1993.  Peggy fell in love with the first alpaca she ever saw---and purchased him.  ---A little white gelding!  That started a venture that has been the most productive livestock investment you could imagine!

Our current herd numbers around 80 alpacas, both Suri and Huacaya types.  We have been the starting point and mentors for many alpaca farms over the years.  We get just as excited when one of our customer's alpacas gets the blue ribbon, as when we get one ourselves.

We have won a lot of Blue ribbons, and for that matter, a lot  (over 40 Championships in our current herd) of those hard to win Purple Ribbons also.  The bloodlines in our herd are some of the most prestigeius and prominent names in the industry.

We are large enough to offer a lot of choices to our customers, in price ranges, colors, bloodlines, ages, etc.  But small enough to remember that we started on a shoestring, many years ago.  We offer no interest financing, discounts for cash purchases, and package pricing.   We offer free breed backs for pregnant females sold.  And we offer friendly support after the sale, whether you purchase a pet or a Champion Herdsire!
